About to leave
Today Saturday 22nd June 2013. We are about to leave my yard xxxxxx to take the Journey to Hickstead to deliver all the donations that have been kindly given to help the working animals in Gambia. We will be departing at 8.45am. Car is loaded up and ready to go. Going to M25 Beaconsfield stayed on m25 till Junction 7 when we took the M23 followed by the A23 down to Hickstead. Got to Hickstead at 10-27am. We stayed all day and left at 5.25pm

Today 20th June 2013
we left xxxx xxxx our base at 1035, heading towards our first port of call. We arrived at Widmer Feeds Lacey Green at 11.10am. No donations here we left Widmer at 11.55 am and headed towards Chesham. We arrived at Bellingdon End at 12.20pm. Here no donations but the owners kindly donated a brand new lead rope we left Bellingdon at 12.45pm and headed towards Watford. We arrived at Patchetts at 1.55pm they said we need to come back at a later date. Left at 2 15am and Headed towards Goulds green middlesex We arrived at Goulds Green tack shop at 2.50pm no donations this time they donated a lot last time, we left the bin for further collections.. We left at 3.18pm We arrived at Penn Feeds at 3.57. we found a nice bit in our collection bin and Viv the owner donated a nice new lead rope. She also kindly said we could leave our bin there for further collections. Thank you to all the yards/ feed stores above for participating . The next entry is or will be our start down to Hickstead where the Gambia stall is set up and waiting for our collection. today we received some fly hoods and a few bits which were donated by a lady and who's husband dropped them off, we do not know who who donated but we thankyou on their behalf.

I drove over to Bellingdon End tack shop and left a poster. Leaving there I made my way over to Patchetts in Watford also leaving a poster. Then I returned home
We then arrived at Snowball Farm at 13.45, they we very happy for us to put our posters up as we did at the previous drop offs. We also left a collecting bin at Penn Equine. We left here at 14.35 and headed towards High Wycombe. We Arrived at Widmer feeds at 14.50 and again we put poster up.
Then off we went to West Drayton in Middlesex to Goulds Green Saddlery Store. Arrived there 12.35pm
Here I swapped my voucher card for a head collar and hoof pic. They kindly donated headcollars and a few brushes. left Goulds Green at 13.10pm Today out journey started at 10.30am when we left home for our first port of call. Catlip farm in Chorleywood. We arrived at around 11am, and dug through all the string girths. We ended up with 60 string girths and sheila kindly gave us 5 fly fringes. We then swapped a rug and got 4 head collars.
Today we continued collecting for Gambia.
before today, liveries donated bits and girths. Many other bits have been donate too. A lady called Janet dropped of a collection of bits on Saturday 28th April. Then a local lady Susie dropped of some more bits including head collars, along with a bag of bits left at her house too. June 1, 2013 Prior to today we went to Equine Essentials tack shop in Chalfont st Giles who let us put a bin and poster up. Also a thank you to the Chiltern Equine Clinic for also putting a poster up. · 14 May at 20:07
